We recently had a completely new heating system installed by L.E Heating, and we couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

Lee and his team were fantastic throughout the whole job. Because of the flooring in our bungalow there were a few challenges along the way, but Lee kept us fully updated at every stage and clearly explained any issues that came up. He also talked us through the different options available so we could decide on the best way forward, which we really appreciated.

Communication was excellent the entire time, and Lee and his team worked efficiently and professionally. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy once the job was finished.

I thought the underfloor heating was leaking.
Lee from LE Heating came the next day. Examined, checked the boiler, manifold and outside. Ruled out a leak.
Diagnosed air bricks being too low/patio too high so outside water dampness or ingress.
Explained clearly the problem.
Prompt, professional and helpful.

Recently had a new boiler installed. They were on time,very efficient and worked to a very high standard. Very professional ,knowledgeable and friendly.
Cleared all the old boiler and rubbish away.

Boiler developed an issue overnight that I could no fix, so no heating or hot water.  Called LE Heating first thing and Lee was around by 10am.  Diagnosed fault and gave phone number for Vaillant warranty (they only speak to property owner) with description of fault.  Outcome is Vaillant turning up today to replace pump.  Without Lee's comprehensive understanding not only of Vaillant boilers, but also of Vaillant UK as a business, it is likely this would have taken at least a week to resolve. I had a frustrating experience with this heating company. After my boiler displayed an L9 error code, they replaced the PCB, claiming a 1-year warranty. However, just three days later, the L9 code reappeared. The engineer suggested a faulty harness and asked me to pay for a new one. My heating engineer friend raised concerns about whether the new PCB was truly brand new or refurbished. When I contacted the company with this information, they insisted that only a manufacturer's certificate would confirm the PCB was faulty and refused to honor the warranty without one (even though I had taken a photo of the boiler as evidence and checked the manufacturer's manual, which stated that a faulty PCB was the ONLY reason to display the L9 code). Weeks later, they offered to replace the PCB again but wanted to take the original one to inspect it, warning I'd be charged if it wasn't faulty. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to honor the warranty left me feeling doubtful and frustrated.
